On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is a great honour to invite you to the II. International Enzyme and Bioprocess Days (EBDays 2020) which will be held in Gebze Technical University Congress Center, Gebze /Kocaeli, Turkey on September 01-03, 2020.
The I. International Enzymes for Biocatalysis Meeting (https://biocat.arel.edu.tr) took place in Istanbul on June 2014 and we are pleased to invite you to participate in the second international meeting on enzyme and bioprocess research.
The congress is organized by the Enzyme Testing and Consultancy Center (ETDAM) established under the direction of Gebze Technical University within the scope of Marmara Small Scale Infrastructure Financial Support Program of East Marmara Development Agency (MARKA).
The aim of this congress is to provide an overview of the discovery of new enzymes, engineering approaches to enzymes (including new assays), and new enzyme applications. In addition, this congress aims to create an atmosphere where the interdisciplinary scientific results necessary for the development of next generation biocatalytic synthesis of valuable chemical products can be shared.
EBDays 2020 meeting also brings together researchers and technologists from all over the world who are at the forefront in the field of biotechnological processes for the generation of high-value products in the different areas. In addition to plenary lectures, the scientific program includes symposia dedicated to the upstream and downstream procedures, to the formulations of biotechnological products, to the generation of microbial products for use as high value chemicals in various practical applications.
Major scientific topics which will be discussed during the EBDays 2020 are as follows: Enzyme Engineering, Enzyme Discovery, Enzyme Mechanism, Enzyme Applications, Enzyme Purification Technologies, Computional Studies for Enzymes, Enzyme Based Technologies & Bioprocess Development.
The multidisciplinary topic of this congress attracts the participation of a large scientific community & students as well as provides an excellent opportunity for networking between the academic and industrial sectors involved in biotechnology research and development. Therefore we encourage every participant to be active and use this occasion to exchange knowledge, ideas and to build collaborations.
In conclusion, we are pleased to invite you to the EBDays 2020 on 01-03 September 2020 to discuss all aspects of enzymes and bioprocesses with scientists from various disciplines. Thank you in advance for your valuable contributions and participation.
